Scheduled to launch in early November WordPress 6.4 will come with a versatile theme ‘Twenty Twenty-Four’ that can pretty much be used for any type of website or blog, regardless of the topic. Unlike previous default themes, Twenty Twenty-Four does not have a single focus. Instead, it was however designed with three use cases in mind: entrepreneurs and small businesses, photographers and artists, and writers and bloggers.
The theme is essentially a collection of templates and patterns that can be combined to create a unique website. Some of the templates available include an About page, a project overview, an RSVP page, and a slick landing page. It’s flexibility makes the new theme a great choice for anyone who wants a powerful and customizable theme for their WordPress website.
The theme was designed by Beatriz Fialho, and it is sure to turn heads with its default minimalist color palette giving it a light and airy vibe, but there is also a dark style variation available. A modern and stylish theme that is perfect for any website, it uses the Cardo font by David Perry for headlines, which provides a touch of elegance, and a sans-serif system font for paragraphs.
Twenty Twenty-Four is a block theme, which means that it is fully compatible with the WordPress Site Editor, this makes it easy for developers to customize and create a unique look for WordPress websites. The theme also includes a number of new design tools, such as the details block and vertical text, these tools can be used to create a variety of layouts and designs.

Twenty Twenty-Four will be a block theme fully compatible with all the site editor tooling and it will surface new design tools like the details block or vertical text, Another key intent for the theme is to properly present whole page patterns and template variations so that users don’t need to assemble whole pages themselves, thus easing up their site building process.
