Isaac Asimov’s ‘Foundation’ is becoming a reality.

Coming to Apple TV+ in 2021. Based on the award-winning novels by Isaac Asimov, Foundation chronicles a band of exiles on their monumental journey to save humanity and rebuild civilization amid the fall of the Galactic Empire.

Devotees of Isaac Asimov can’t wait to see fantasy become reality, however this stunning teaser trailer shows how ambitious an endevour it is bringing the popular vast universe to the small screen, a future in which robots form part of society in a completely integral way and humanity explore the stars in search of new homes for its survival.

Isaac Asimov’s classic science-fiction masterpiece, the Foundation series was nominated as one of America’s best-loved novels by PBS’s The Great American Read.

Since its official presentation during WWDC last year, Apple is continuing to work on the production delayed by COVID-19 limitations.

The highly anticipated show will star award winning actor Jared Harris as Hari Seldon; Lee Pace as Brother Day; Lou Llobell as Gaal; Leah Harvey as Salvor; Laura Birn as Demerzel; Terrence Mann as Brother Dusk; and Cassian Bilton as play Brother Dawn so it looks like Apple will not disappoint with their choice of talent.

Almost identical to the iconic the book covers, scenes from the teaser trailer of Foundation are impressing fans.

For now, Foundation does not have a release date however the series is slated to arrive on Apple TV + 2021.
